Karachi, 18 November 2019: Southern Punjab 2nd XI captain Naveed Yasin has received an official Warning for a level 1 offence relating to conduct that is contrary to the spirit of the game during his side’s Quaid-e-Azam Trophy 2nd XI match against Sindh at the NBP Sports Complex in Karachi on Saturday.
The incident happened on the final day of the match, when Naveed did not give correct information for allowing substitute fielder for Zulfiqar Babar.
Naveed was reported by on-field umpires Khalid Mahmood Senior and Alay Haider for violating article 2.20 of the PCB Code of Conduct for Players and Player support Personnel.
Naveed accepted the charge and the sanction imposed on him by match referee Iftikhar Ahmed.
