LAHORE–October 7, 2015: Chairman PCB Mr Shaharyar Mohammad Khan, Chairman, PCB Executive Committee Mr Najam Sethi and Chief Operating Officer Mr Subhan Ahmad have offered their heartfelt condolences on the sad demise of former Pakistan international Mr Hasan Jamil Alvi, who passed away in Karachi on Wednesday from cardiac arrest.
Left-arm medium fast bowler and left-hand batsman, Hasan Jamil had represented Pakistan in six one-day internationals in 1977-78.
“The entire PCB management, indeed Pakistani cricketing fraternity, is deeply saddened at his demise. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family at this time of sorrow. May Allah give his family and loved ones the strength to bear this irreparable loss”, said the PCB Chairman.
