Lahore January 16, 2014: In accordance with the order of January 15th, 2014, passed by a learned Division Bench of the Honourable Islamabad High Court, Islamabad in ICA No. 1033/2013 titled “Chaudhry Muhammad Zaka Ashraf Vs Major ® Ahmad Nadeem Sadal etc.” as well as connected ICA No.s 928/2013, 936/2013 and 984/2013, Chaudhry Muhammad Zaka Ashraf has assumed the office of Chairman PCB today. Further, in compliance to the said judgement, the position of Pakistan Cricket Board stands restored with effect from May 25th, 2013.
