Lahore January 24, 2014: Newly elected office bearers of Peshawar region called upon Chairman PCB Ch. Zaka Ashraf at Qaddafi Stadium today (Friday).
The members were headed by the President of Regional Cricket Association (RCA) Peshawar, Mr. Gulzada. He was accompanied by Mr.Wisal Durrani (Ex Member BOG/ Ex-President RCA Peshawar ),Mr.Hussain Ali ( Ex General Sec. RCA Peshawar ),Mr.Asad Ali ( General Sec. RCA Peshawar ), Mr. Gohar Ali ( DCA Nowshera ), Mr.Mian Alamgir ( President Sports Wing KPK ), Mr.Khizer Khan ( Co-coordinator Women Wing RCA Peshawar ), Mr. Fazle Wahab ( President DCA Charsada ),Mr.Khan Mohammad ( DCA SWAT ), Mr.Dawood Khan ( President DCA SWAT )
They congratulated Zaka Ashraf on being reinstated as Chairman PCB and said that his reinstatement was because of independent judiciary which will give strength to democratic process. They showed their full confidence in Zaka Ashraf and said under his vision International Cricket will revive in Pakistan.
Chairman PCB thanked the members of Peshawar region for their kind gesture and confidence upon him and assured that all efforts will be taken to promote cricket in the region.
