It included a brief but spirited game of soccer, warm-ups, intense and diversified fielding routines, which were followed by extensive nets.
At the moment, the entire team is fit and raring have a go and give this last ODI their all in order to square the series.
Rested by the team management in the first ODI, Shoaib Malik – suffering from an injury in the sole of his left feet only a day before the first game in New Zealand during training, he had featured in all three T20Is with the help of painkillers – took part in each and every part of the training session today.
In recent times, Eden Park has been a happy hunting ground for Pakistan. In the first of the three T20Is during the ongoing rubber, Pakistan had overcome the Black Caps here, and prior to this in the ICC World Cup 2015, South Africa was overcome by the Greenshirts in a memorable encounter.
