Lahore, 24 November 2020: Defending Champions Sindh will take on Northern in the final of the National U19 Three-Day tournament from 28 November at the KRL Stadium in Rawalpindi.
The third and final day’s play between Southern Punjab and Northern was abandoned without a ball bowled due to rain and wet outfield.
There was no play between Central Punjab and Sindh at Army Sports Ground in Rawalpindi due to the unavailability of the ground.
Balochistan U19 v Khyber Pakhtunkhwa U19, Ayub Park Ground, Rawalpindi:
Rain permitted only 25 overs of play on Tuesday as the fifth round fixture between Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa ended in a draw.
Resuming their innings on 92 for one in 23 overs, Balochistan managed 156 for five in 48 overs. Basit Ali, resuming his innings on 54 off 70 balls, went on to score 63 from 94 balls, hitting 10 fours.
Haseebullah top-scored with an unbeaten 126-ball 67, which was laced with eight fours.
The duo contributed 98 runs for the second wicket.
For Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Zeeshan Ahmed took three wickets for 35.
After the completion of group stage, Northern are at the top of the table on the back of two wins, while Sindh, the other finalists, are second with one win. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Central Punjab and Balochistan finished the tournament at third, fourth and fifth positions. Southern Punjab finished at the last.
