Karachi, 21 February 2025: Ghani Glass defeated State Bank of Pakistan by five wickets on third day of the eighth round of President’s Trophy Grade-I at the UBL Sports Complex in Karachi.
Chasing 153 to win, Ghani Glass achieved the target, losing five wickets in the process. Sharjeel Khan top-scored for the winning team, retuning undefeated on 89.
At the NBP Sports Complex, PTV in pursuit of 255 runs to win, were 13 for no loss in six overs when stumps were drawn. Earlier, in the day, OGDCL were bowled out for 249 in their second innings.
At the State Bank Stadium, Eshaal Associates chasing 490 to win against KRL were 23 for one in 11 overs when stumps were drawn. Muhammad Awais Zafar and Sharoon Siraj scored centuries for KRL in their second innings.
In the match between WAPDA and HEC at the KCCA Stadium, WAPDA in their second innings were 213 for five in 74 overs when the stumps were drawn for the day.
