Rawalpindi, 8 March 2022: Opener Abdullah Shafique who registered his first Test century on day-five of the Benaud-Qadir Trophy ICC World Test Championship match against Australia at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, spoke to the media in a virtual press conference at the end of the match today (Tuesday).
The Test ended in a draw with Abdullah (136 not out) and Imam-ul-Haq (111 not out) partnering in an unbeaten 252-run first-wicket partnership in Pakistan’s second innings.
Earlier today, Australia were bowled out for 459 runs in their first innings, Pakistan scored 476 for four (declared) in their first innings.
