HISTORY
- Started in July 2004
- First Level I Course was conducted in November 2004
- First Level II Course was conducted in July 2005
- First International Level II for ACC in March 2008
- First CA/PCB Level III Course was conducted in July 2008
OBJECTIVES
- To provide all certified coaching programs covering Level I, II and III courses.
- To develop English and Urdu Coaching Manual and Interactive Coaching CD and relevant resource material
- Accreditation of 1500 Coaches within 5 year to broaden the base and scope
- Develop a database and registration of qualified coaches.
- To improve coaching abilities of coaches at all levels through Training & Development
STRATEGIES
- Promote a commitment to excellence in all aspects of coaching by creating a professional Cricket Coaching Culture in Pakistan.
- Establish and build a Platform for High Performance Cricket Coaching.
- Develop a substantial number of Coaches across the country through extensive Coaching Programs.
- Develop and continuously upgrade resource material.
- Identify, appoint and train a panel of course presenters to lead and manage the coach education program. Affiliation with international bodies for alignment and recognition of PCB accredited coaches at international level.
- Improve coaching abilities of coaches at all levels and provide them a career pathway.
- Continually develop coaching facilities.
- Continuously enhance competence level of coaches by providing them maximum exposure to gain experience, confidence, and perfection by providing regular updates and refresher courses.

Courses are designed to meet the needs of coaches ranging from P.E. Teacher/ recreational coach, who are usually inexperienced in cricket, to the advanced / professional coaches.
